Some unripe aromas of dried herb and green curry give this northern Italian (unfiltered) merlot a spicy, tangy feel in the mouth. There's a touch of acidity followed by blackberry and forest floor.

Grapes: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Renski Rizling
Alcohol Content: 13.0% Vol

Fermentation was held for 3 days in an open vat and maturation in a wooden barrel. After a two-year maturing wine was bottled without filtration. It has a golden color with amber hues. Intense aroma of fruit and nuts petroleum, perceived as flint. Wins very complex, tasty, with a nice fresh mineral acid and a long, rich aftertaste.
