Alcohol Content: 12.5% Vol

Ravan is a regional name for Tocai Friulano, which must now be known as sauvignon vert in Europe. Naturally-grown grapes ar hand harvested, fermented and matured in used oak 12 months. A true sense of the varietal is present with herbal notes and a proper citrus tang. The finish is pleasantly astringent with lingering flavors of hazelnut.

2014 Burja, Zelen - Slovenia

Alcohol Content: 11.5% Vol

"Zelen" means "Green" in Slovenia. Zelen grapes have a richly colored pulp and if the must it isn't filtered., the color of the wine will range from a deep yellowish green to a stunning emerald green. Is an almost extinct grape typical of the Vipava Valley. Fruity, waxy, with hints of citrus zest and an enticing salinity.

The wine is made in a traditional way with natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and long maturation on natural yeast, the wine is not filtered with ver low use of sulphites. Generous creamy texture, quite fat but without sacrificing freshness. Trademark nuttiness on the finish.
